2. Fulfillment of Services

Upon engagement, the Company will commence providing the agreed-upon consulting services as outlined in your service agreement or proposal. Our goal is to deliver high-quality, actionable strategies to enhance your sales management processes.

3. Cancellations

3.1. Cancellation by Client:

  • You may cancel our consulting services at any time by providing a written notice to Aaron Pursell at aaron@aaronpursell.com.

  • Upon cancellation, any services rendered up to the date of cancellation will be billed accordingly.

  • If you cancel before services have commenced, a full refund of any prepaid fees will be provided, subject to the terms outlined below.

3.2. Cancellation by Company:

  • The Company reserves the right to terminate services if you fail to comply with the agreed-upon terms or if there is a material breach of the service agreement.

  • In such cases, the Company will notify you in writing and provide a refund for any prepaid fees corresponding to undelivered services.

4. Refunds

4.1. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service Non-Delivery: If the Company fails to deliver the consulting services as outlined in the agreement.

  • Dissatisfaction with Services: If you are not satisfied with the quality of services provided, subject to a mutual discussion and agreement.

4.2. Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, please email Aaron Pursell at aaron@aaronpursell.com with the following information:

    • Your full name and contact information.

    • A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

    • Any relevant documentation supporting your request.

  • Upon receiving your refund request, the Company will:

    • Acknowledge receipt of your request within three (3) business days.

    • Review the details of your request and assess eligibility.

    • Engage in a discussion with you to understand the concerns and explore possible resolutions.

4.3. Refund Decision:

  • Refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of the Company based on the merits of each case.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within thirty (30) days of approval.

  • Partial refunds may be issued based on the extent of services delivered prior to the refund request.

4.4. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Fees for services that have been fully rendered are non-refundable unless the Company fails to deliver the agreed-upon services.

  • Any additional costs or expenses incurred on behalf of the client are also non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
